Your new job

Here you will work with problem-solving through both corrective and preventive maintenance – always focusing on ensuring the operational reliability of our production! With us, you will act together with other maintenance technicians as the area manager for a specific department. You will be part of the department's team consisting of maintenance technicians, engineers, and quality technicians, where you, together with the department manager, drive improvement work and ensure the daily operation within the department's machinery.

You will have close collaboration with both production operators and other maintenance personnel with the goal of finding sustainable solutions.

Main responsibilities:

• Improvements on machinery

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving   

• Corrective and preventive maintenance work

• Increase operational reliability in our facility

• Spare parts planning for the current machinery

• Documentation in the Maintenance System

We are looking for

We are looking for someone who is a service-oriented and engaged problem solver with a good technical understanding. You are proactive with a strong sense of prioritization. You are analytical and work systematically to prevent future faults and downtime with a focus on sustainable solutions. You are eager to contribute your own ideas for improvements with a clear picture of how these should be implemented. You find it easy to describe the causes of faults and how they can be avoided, and you adapt your communication based on the recipient's level of knowledge and understanding. 

Qualifications

• High school education in industrial technology, preferably with a focus on operational reliability and maintenance or equivalent

• A couple of years of experience working as a maintenance technician in an industrial/production environment

• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting in electrical/motor operation, pneumatics, and hydraulics

• Experience with documentation in maintenance systems with a high ability to clarify processes in written form

• Good knowledge of the Office suite

• Good ability to express yourself in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

• Driving license B

• Experience or education in the electrical field is a merit

Information about the position and recruitment process

The position is a permanent employment at 100% with working hours during the day. On-call duty will be required. The position is located in Laholm with start date according to agreement.
